How to Improve Contractor Safety Performance

When we use the term "contractor", most of us think immediately about engineering or construction contractors. In fact, today so many services are contracted out that this impression is a poor representation of reality. To address the safety performance of contractors, we need to define a number of contract situations, and apply different logic to each. My approach to this is relatively simple, and requires only 4 categories:
